The store will spread over three stories and 20,000 square feet. In it, you will be able to find official Warner Bros. and Universal Studio products you know and love from the Harry Potter books and movies.

Located in Manhattan, next to Flatiron Building at 935 Broadway, Harry Potter New York is going to be the first official Harry Potter flagship store in the world

“This will be the largest dedicated Harry Potter store in the world and will become a must-visit fan destination where Harry Potter enthusiasts can engage with interactive experiences and numerous photo opportunities as they step into the magic,” Senior Vice President of Worldwide Tours and Retail Sarah Roots told People in a statement.

Who else can’t wait for this to happen?

Rowling’s books is available on the website for only £120 per night, and we can all agree that it’s totally affordable.

The house is located in the town of Lavenham in Suffolk, England. The town was also used for filming the Potter’s village of Godric’s Hollow in the movie series.

The owner of the property, Jane Ranzetta, recently decided to offer it as a bed & breakfast rental after having trouble selling it. Since there were tourists around the house at all times, she thought maybe she could offer them something extra.

Now you know where you need to stay the next time you’re traveling to England! It’s a 2.5-hour drive from London and you get to see amazing English scenery on the road. What’s not to love about this deal?
