]]>Trust us when we say that this isn’t an ordinary amusement park. Thrill-seekers have to check out the park’s most famous ride, which is the Giant Canyon Swing. It’s a pendulum swing 1,300 feet above the Colorado River that moves four passengers back and forth over a cliff on top of a mountain. The swing almost goes vertical at points and it reaches a speed of 50 miles per hour.
And that’s not the only thrill ride the park offers—there’s the Alpine Coaster, a Haunted Mine Drop, a zip line, and tons of other roller coasters and rides. If fast-paced rides don’t excite you, you can take a scenic trip across a tramway, ride on the Mine Wheel, tour the taverns, head to the 4D theater, climb on the climbing wall, or play laser tag.
Prices start at $16 for kids and $21 for adults and they go up to $56 for kids and $61 for adults. The park is open Sunday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
