]]>When you are taking a solo trip to a Disney theme park, you can do it whenever you want or have free time without any extensive planning. Additionally, you book accommodation that you like without having to suit anyone’s needs but yours.
When you are going to a Disney theme park with someone, there often has to be some compromise. There are rides that you might not be able to experience because your party sees them as either boring or too scary. But when you are alone, you can go on any ride. On top of that, some of the rides allow single riders to skip the line.
Visiting a Disney theme park alone allows you to explore it at your own pace. You never have to look over your shoulder to see where the other members of your group are or skip some things just because someone is tired or in a hurry.
Finally, you will get some “me” time. It will allow you to decompress, dedicate to the things you love to do, and be alone with your thoughts. However, you will never feel lonely because Disney is a great place to make new friends, and there are always a lot of Disney characters around that you can hang out with.

The Pop Century Resort is one option that proves to be affordable yet still filled with plenty to enjoy, including an arcade, a food hall, and a gondola system offering transportation to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
For science fiction fans, one tasty restaurant that is certainly worth trying out is Oga’s Cantina. Located in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll feel as if you’re a space traveler hanging out in the Outer Rim. Another worthwhile restaurant to visit is the Avatar-themed Satu’li Canteen, in the heart of the Animal Kingdom.
Unbelievably, there are some free activities to enjoy at Disney World. These include music acts at Disney Springs and pool parties at numerous resort hotels. As a result, you can form unique holiday memories by attending these worthwhile complimentary events.

]]>When it comes to Orlando, the argument is obvious. It’s home to a vast array of theme parks, from Disney’s Disney World, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot to Universal’s Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure (not to mention Harry Potter world), and Volcano Bay. For those looking for a fun-filled vacation that’s enjoyable for the whole family, it’s hard to argue against Orlando. For those who like theme parks, the solution is quite a no-brainer. However, there are other things to consider.
When it comes to which is the better overall city, Miami wins. South Beach is one of the largest tourist attractions in the world, from its brilliant shores to its vibrant club scene. Indeed, those looking to party hard won’t be disappointed in Miami. Culturally it reigns as well, with Columbian influence prevalent from its music scene to its food scene.
If you can only go to one of these two cities, it’ll really depend on your goals. If you’re trying to soak up nightlife and party, as well as enjoy a magnificent beach scene, go to Miami. However, if you’re looking for the thrills of multiple amusement parks, go to Orlando and don’t look back!

]]>Now, there are three ways to deal with this. The first is not to go on rides and miss out, something we don’t recommend. The second one is to train your patience, which we know can sometimes be a challenge. And the third is to simply follow these tips and avoid long lines altogether.
If you visit in the summer or around holidays, then there is basically nothing you can do to avoid lines due to huge crowds. However, if you leave your Disney theme park visit for the off-season, you will learn that the lines are actually not that long.
One of the best ways to avoid long lines at Disney theme parks is to go on rides before they are formed. Get in front of the gate before the park even opens, and you will ensure you are one of the first people taking the rides. Then you can spend the rest of the day doing other activities.
Some of Disney’s rides have a “single rider “line that allows visitors to get to rides faster if they are riding solo. You will not be able to share the experience with your family or friends, but at least you won’t wait in long lines like them.
Shows and special events like parades usually leave the rides abandoned because all the visitors want to be where the party is. If you are willing to miss that party, you can profit and go on rides without waiting.

]]>While many argue that Disney World doesn’t have an “off-season”, as it’s packed year-round, there are months that are less busy. January and parts of early February are the cheapest times to visit Disney World because many families have just traveled during the holiday season. The first month of the new year is generally quieter in the parks and hotel rooms and park tickets are cheaper.
When booking during the post-holiday time, avoid the Disney marathon weekends, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, and schools’ February vacation which usually takes place around the third week of February.
In addition to January and February, a lot of September, October, and November can also be reasonably priced. If you want to experience the Christmas season with the holiday decorations and festivities, but want to avoid the crowds, the two to three weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are quieter times to visit the park.
In regards to specific days of the week, crowds are smaller and hotel rooms are cheaper on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) than on weekends.

]]>In addition to the many health and safety measures in place like forehead temperature scans at security checkpoints as guests enter the gates, you have to make reservations online to accommodate the parks’ limited capacity.
There are sanitizer stations and reminders to wash hands, designated waiting spots, the requirement to wear masks, and foot patters to be followed when walking in stores.
The parades and character meet-and-greets are also gone and they’ve been replaced with unscheduled “pop-up” appearances in the parks. One positive thing is that the wait times for the parks’ most popular attractions are pretty much gone.
If you’re planning on visiting Disney World, make sure you make your reservations early including for dining because eating while walking has been banned. Also, come with extra masks as you’ll sweat through your masks quickly in the Florida heat.
Before you plan your visit, be aware that some parks, hotels, and restaurants may be limited in capacity or unavailable. To stay up to date on the latest information check out the park’s official website.
