Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is Rotterdam largest museum which was opened in the 19th century, in 1849 when Frans Jacob Otto Boijmans bequeathed his large art collection to the city. There you can find beautiful and well-known works of big names like Rembrandt, Claude Monet, and Vincent van Gogh.
In the famous Nederlands Fotomusuem, you can find images created by famous photographers like Ed van der Elsken, Henri Cartier-Bresson, and Viviane Sassen. Except for the permanent exhibition, the museum also holds temporary exhibitions as well.
