]]>Disney’s biggest rival, Universal Studios is located in Orlando just a few miles from Disney’s four parks. Universal Studios has more adult and thrill rides tied to movies with the most famous one being Harry Potter World.
Located on Lake Erie in Ohio, Ceder Point is know as the roller coaster capital of the world. The park is complete with 18 roller coasters and a water park.
Knott’s Berry Farm claims to be America’s first theme park and it’s home to Ghost Rider, one of the fastest and longest wooden roller coasters in the country. There’s also a water park and the Timber Mountain Log Ride, which takes visitors through an 85-foot-high, 330-foor-long mountain range.
“The sweetest place on Earth,” Hersheypark is a chocolate lovers dream with a themed park with 70 rides, 14 of which are roller coasters, and a water park.
Dolly Parton helped open this famous theme park in Tennessee which has 40 rides, including the world’s fastest wooden roller coaster, and a water park.
