Lotus Temple (New Delhi, India)

The name of this house of worship in New Delhi pretty much says it all. It became one of the city’s most popular attractions thanks to its flowerlike shape, composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad “petals”, reminiscent of a lotus flower.

Lotus temple, Delhi. This temple is built in the shape of lotus flower and it is last of seven major Bahai's temples built around the world. The architect choose the lotus shape as symbol common to Hinduism, Buddhism,Jainism and Islam.The beautiful structure of this temple unfolds in the form of impressive white petal lotus and its Made up of white marble from pennell mountain in Greece. SEC Armadillo (Glasgow, Scotland)

Originally known as Clyde Auditorium, SEC Armadillo now serves as one of the venues for the Scottish Event Campus. Despite comparisons to Sydney Opera House, the architect behind this building actually wanted to pay homage to River Clyde’s shipbuilding heritage and drew inspiration from the ship’s hulls.

Auditorio de Tenerife (Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain)

This auditorium designed by Santiago Calatrava is situated in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, one of the capitals of the Canary Islands. This city earned the nickname “The Sydney of the Atlantic”, but the auditorium’s great arc makes it instantly recognizable and impossible to confuse with Sydney Opera House.
