]]>This restaurant and nightclub opened in 2009 and since then it’s been packed. The theme is distressed-vintage and the music is a mix of hip-hop, dance, and top 40 hits.
Qube is one of the biggest clubs in Rome and its dance floor is three levels. Every Friday they have a Muccassassina, which includes drag queens and fire dancers.
Previously a dogana, or customs checkpoint, this industrial space hosts show-stopping club nights with guest DJ sets like Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock. In addition to techno, house, and funk music, they also are a creative space for film screenings, concerts, and on-off events.
Located in the often-overlooked neighborhood of Coppedè, Piper has been around since 1965 and in its beginning it hosted the Byrds, Procol Harum, and Pink Floyd. Today, Saturday nights are for house music and there are also ’80s-themed events, tribute bands, and live music from Wednesday to Sunday.
Inspired by New York’s underground club scene of the ’70s, Vicious might be small, but the dark, grungy decor packs a statement. The club has electro, techno, and indie events.
