Mykonos is one of the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean and boasts some impressive features. If you are ever in Mykonos, make sure you complete this list in order to get the full local experience.

Paraga Beach

One of the most beautiful beaches in all of Greece, Paraga Beach is great if you want to relax, swim or take a picture as if you’re walking on water.

Dance The Night Away

If there’s one thing you can count on in Mykonos, it’s the nightlife and great parties. Paradise club is a great club to finish your long day of exploring. Pack your best clothes – we’re getting fancy over here!

Eat At Jimmy’s Gyros

So, the party is over, the sun is almost up and you need some carbs to get back on track. Jimmy’s Gyro’s got you covered! Delicious meat, a crispy pita, and fresh tzatziki sauce are all you need to start your day fresh.

Petros The Second

The great white pelican Petros is the official mascot of Mykonos.  In 1958, a fisherman found an injured pelican and nursed it back to life. The locals named him Petros and gave him home until his tragic death 30 years later. Soon after, another pelican moved to the island and he is still there, waiting for you to take a selfie with him.
