Beaches are one of the most beautiful things in the world nature has created. Soft, white sand and clear ocean or sea waters are all we need for a perfect vacation. Whether you prefer traveling local or want to go exploring across the world, stunning beaches are waiting for you in every corner of the world. One of our favorites is the Elephant Rocks beach in Australia that’s located around 9 miles from the town of Denmark.

Located in the William Bay National Park, the Elephant Rocks beach got its name because of the unique rocks you can see there that resemble elephants playing in the shallow waters. There are rumors that say that this very beach is the birthplace of the Aborigines.

Western Australia is famous for having the best beaches on the continent. Besides Elephant Rocks, you can see The Basin on Rottnest Island, Turquoise Bay near the town of Exmouth, Cable Beach, which is often included on Top 5 lists of Australian beaches, and many more. If that’s not a perfect excuse to take a trip to the land down under, we don’t know what is!
