Only two people can stay in one bubble which contains a double sized, cozy bed and a magical view of a midnight sun of the Icelandic summer or dance of the Aurora Borealis. If you are planning to go with your children, you should know two important things: infants up to 24 months old can sleep with their parents in one bubble and kids from 2 to 16 years can’t sleep alone.

There is no reception at this 5 million-star hotel nor private bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner are also not included. However, there will be a welcoming host meeting you when you arrive and showing you the bubble you booked. In the nearby, around maybe 30-50 meters there is a so-called “service house” for guest to use. Bathrooms with toilets and showers, self-service kitchen, all can be found in these centrally located houses. However, if you still want to go out for a dinner or breakfast, you can find restaurants in the nearby Reykholt.

Also, there are interesting sightseeing and worth-visiting tours in the summer and winter.  At the end of your journey, you will end up in your see-throw room. However, if you only want to lounge in your Bubble and enjoy the beautiful nature, that’s okay as well.
